On Friday, Katie appeared at the High Court, after being arrested at Heathrow while returning from a trip to Turkey.
Mum-of-five Katie had £10,000 worth of cosmetic surgery – despite the fact she was due in court to discuss her two bankruptcies.
Katie treated herself to a day at the nail and beauty salon after a stressful few days.
The court told her that a further hearing was scheduled for August 27 – and warned her not to go abroad.
A judge issued a warrant for her arrest on July 30 when she failed to attend a hearing on her second bankruptcy, which was declared in March over unpaid taxes of £760,000.
