She stopped to admire the kitten and brought it to her cheek to kiss it.
Katie matched her outfit with her pink and black pram which also held another larger sphynx and two dogs.
Earlier this year, Katie told how she was forced to give up her last designer cat, named Frog, after he fell ill.
In just six years, seven of her pets died.
The charity PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) also insisted there needed to be a ban to prevent the mum-of-five from owning pets.
PETA has even previously offered Katie £5,000 to stop buying pets.
Katie’s cat walk comes after she took another barb at her ex-husband Peter Andre on The Louis Theroux podcast.
The mum-of-five has reignited drama with her ex-husband Peter, claiming he was “jealous” during their relationship.
Katie, who was married to the Mysterious Girl singer from 2005 to 2009, says his jealousy played a big part in their split.
She revealed that while their relationship looked perfect on the outside, especially on their reality shows, Peter couldn’t handle the attention she was getting from men.
She added that she was more of a couple and that they had “separate contracts” when they worked together.

She said: “I was worth more than Pete, I was always paid more than him when we were doing well.
She continued: “He would have just come out of the jungle.
“Who is he? He just met me and I was his lucky day”.
They met in 2004 on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and sparks flew between the two of them.
Their whirlwind romance led them to star in multiple reality shows, release a joint album, and have two children, Junior and Princess.
However, their seemingly fairytale love story ended in a painful divorce in 2009.
Katie’s comments come after Peter recently welcomed another child with his wife Emily MacDonagh in August.
The couple also attended the Pride of Britain awards red carpet on Monday with his children Junior and Princess.
