Away from the American Idol spotlight, pop sensation Katy Perry has revealed exciting news about her new venture into animation.
Katy, widely known for her eclectic and colorful style, is set to join the voice cast of the internationally acclaimed animated children’s series Peppa Pig, produced by Hasbro.
The popular series is preparing to celebrate its 20th anniversary next year, bringing joy to young audiences with fresh and interesting content.
Katy will grace the series with her voice as a special guest in one episode of Peppa Pig Wedding Party Special, a 3-part series set to premiere in Spring 2024.

Filming for Katy’s guest voice role on Peppa Pig was completed before the SAG-AFTRA strike began, ensuring that strike restrictions were not violated, the show’s producer explained.
