KCET 2023 Document Verification: The document verification process of the Karnataka Joint Entrance Test (KCET) will be held from June 27 to July 15, 2023. Eligible candidates for the UGCET /KCET must participate in the consultation by reporting to the allotted universities with original documentation. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the ranking wise document verification schedule on the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.

  • Grade 10 Scorecard, Grade 12 Scorecard and Class Income Certificate will be verified online by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) in collaboration with respective department.
  • Details The certificate of income will be checked against the RD number mentioned in the application and grades 10 and 12 will be checked against the number of students mentioned in the application.
  • For applicants looking for 371(HK) Kalyana Karnataka certificate and income certificate, KEA will also conduct online verification with revenue department based on RD number mentioned in the application form. pellets.

  • Persons who have studied in Karnataka for a period of 7 years including 10th or 12th year but have not claimed rights under Clause A can appear for verification at the respective BEO office with all required documents.
  • Candidates who have declared their eligibility under a specific provision but have not studied for 7 years, including 10th or 12th grade, in Karnataka should participate in offline document verification at KEA, Bangalore with all documents whether necessary on a date to be notified later.
  • The 371(J) caste, income and eligibility information will be verified through the web service using the RD numbers provided in the caste or caste income certificate and RD 371(J) number entered by the applicant on the online application form.
  • The applicant claims to be eligible under terms (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (k), (l), (m) ), (n) and (o) will appear for offline document verification at KEA Bangalore.
  • Candidates under the ‘y’ clause (non-Karnataka applicants who have applied for the Diploma of Nursing) do not need to go through the document verification process.
