Reception at the KEAM 2023 counseling site
KEAM 2023 On-Site Admission: The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations will conduct on-site admissions for Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical (KEAM) 2023 B.Tech and B.Arch programs on 10 September 2023. Eligible candidates can apply for the admission round on the spot through the link on the official page.
As per the notification available on the official website, on-site admission will be conducted at GEC Thrissur. Students can apply for admission on the spot from September 8, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The notification further states that field reception will be conducted from 1 pm onwards. Eligible candidates must carry all documents and photocopies of documents with them while applying for the on-site admission round.
Documents are required for admission to the KEAM 2023 position
When applying for on-site admission, candidates must carry the following documents for verification and enrollment purposes.
- Plus 2 Mark sheet
- Technical sheet issued by CEE
- SSLC/ 12th Certificate
- Certificate proving date of birth in original (SSLC/Birth Certificate/Valid Indian Passport)
- Birth Proof in Original (SSLC/Birth Certificate/Valid Indian Passport or any valid document as per KEAM Prospectus 2023)
- Certificate for non-cream layer (if category SEBC/OEC is allowed)
- EWS certificate (if the EWS category is allowed)
- Caste/Community Certificate (if SC/ST/Jews category admitted)
- Transfer Certificate (Students without TC will not be allowed to join)
- ConductCertificate
- Certificate of physical fitness
- Migration certificate (for boards other than HSC/VHSC)
- Certificate of passed qualification exam (if issued)
- All other eligibility certificates. if the allotment is under any other quota like CC, PT, XS, SD, DK,RP, JW, SC ETC.
- Certificate of paid fee to CEE
- One set of self-certified copies
- Data sheet KEAM 2023
- NATA Score Card (Architecture Candidates Only)
- SSLC/ 12th Certificate
- Certificate of date of birth (SSLC birth certificate/passport)
- List of qualifying exam points (upper secondary school or equivalent)
- Certificate of passed professional exam (if issued.
- EWS/Comrnunity/NCRL Certificate. according to application
