Kedarnath Aggarwal was born in 1937 in the British Indian princely state of Bikaner (later Bikaner, Rajasthan, India) (aged 86; died). He began helping his father in the family candy-making business as a teenager and later started his own candy-making business.

Profession
After working in his father’s shop in Bikaner for a few years, Kedarnath and his elder brother Satya Narayan traveled to different cities such as Bombay and Kolkata before coming to Delhi in 1955. In their initial days, they used to sell Bikaneri Rasgullas and Bhujia (namkeen) just like street vendors sell sweets in buckets, wrapped in paper bags. A few months later, they opened a shop at Paranthe Wali Gali in Chandni Chowk area of Delhi, India, and named it Bikaneri Bhujia Bhandar; however, their elder brother Jugal Kishore had been to their store, I was angry after seeing this store.
He told them that they were sent to Delhi to spread the name of Bikaner and told them to change the name and named their shop Bikanerwala after it. Several of their sweets including Moong Dal Halwa, Bikaneri Bhujia and Kaju Katli are popular among the masses. They subsequently opened several stores in Delhi and other cities in India and other countries.
In 1988, he created a new brand called Bikano through which namkeens and other sealed-packaged sweets were produced; they later collaborated with PepsiCo’s new brand Lehar in 1995. The brand was later managed by Shyam Sundar Aggarwal and his son Manish Aggarwal. As of 2023, Bikanerwala has more than 200 stores and an annual turnover of more than 20 billion rupees.

- People affectionately call him Kakaji.
- When they came to Delhi in 1955, they stayed at Santlal Khemka in Dharamshala, where they were allowed to stay only for a maximum of 3 days; however, they carried a letter from an acquaintance in Bikaner and were You are allowed to stay in Dharamshala for approximately one month.
- Kedarnath Aggarwal had spoken about the popularity of rasgullas in Bikanerwara and said that they have to limit the number of rasgullas per customer during the festival and sell only 10 rasgullas to each customer Skullah.
