Kelly Ripa Reveals She Had a ‘Naked’ Run-In with a Male Housekeeper Thanks to Husband Mark Consuelos

Kelly Ripa calls out her husband Mark Consuelos for a very awkward first meeting.

During Tuesday’s episode Living with Kelly and MarkConsuelos and Ripa, who have been married for 27 years, had an argument about the cleanliness of the kitchen in the house the actor rented in Vancouver, Canada, during filming. Riverdale – and shared an accidentally revealing story.

“When I lived alone in Vancouver, my kitchen was untouched!” Consuelos tells his wife.

She replies: “You had a housekeeper! You had three maids! I met them — I met the housewives.” The Live wire the author then recalled the exact moment when she first met her husband’s cleaning team.

“You want to know how I found out about housewives? I came out of the bedroom, naked – she says. “That’s right, I said, naked! And then I met the housewives, one of whom was a guy. So I think he’s learned his lesson, to speak up when that happens.”

Consuelos made his first Living with Kelly and Mark debuted in April after Ripa’s former co-host, Ryan Seacrest, announced he would be leaving the show in February after six seasons of hosting. Since then, the couple has been sharing funny memories they’ve had together during their marriage, including another story involving unexpected nudity.

During the episode in July, Ripa recalled the moment the couple stumbled upon a nudist beach while on vacation in Greece.

“Mark and I were going on this second hike on this island and we happened to stumble upon a nudist beach,” Ripa said. “And I don’t mean topless on the beach, I mean naked, complete nudity. And it’s always the guys and it’s always the… wrong guys.”

Consuelos said he even saw one guy “literally having a go conference call” and added that none of the beachgoers had sunscreen on.

While discovering a nudist beach may not have been on the couple’s itinerary, Ripa and Consuelos said they enjoyed the rest of their vacation spending time with their 22-year-old daughter, Lola. The couple also have sons Michael (26) and Joaquin (20).

“We have to spend time with our daughter and her friends. And I look at my daughter, who is 22 years old, who was – and I say this with love – such a pain,” explained Mark. “What a pain. But I will tell you, when they get a little older, the gift of being with your grown children is so amazing. She was so great. We got to spend time with her.”

The two added that the special trip was actually a birthday present and a present for their daughter after she graduated from NYU in May.
