Kenya Moore Speaks Out After Real Housewives of Atlanta Exit: 'I Will Continue to Thrive in a Non-Toxic Environment'

Life is spinning for Kenya Moore after her exit from the The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

On Wednesday, June 26, the former Miss USA winner and actress shared a series of photos of her 5-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, as the two soaked up the sun, sand and clear blue waters of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

In the caption of her post, Moore, 53, reflected on her departure from Season 16 of the Bravo reality series, thanking her fans for “all the support” they’ve given her.

My heart is full and my conscience is clear, Moore wrote. “My life has been blessed. My daughter and I will continue to thrive in a non-toxic environment where we feel valued and most importantly, protected.”

“Thank you God for covering us 🙏🏾,” she added, writing in her Instagram Story: “You can try to destroy a legacy, but you will never destroy a queen.”

PEOPLE has confirmed that Moore will not be returning RHO on Tuesday, June 25 – the same day that its members were told the news.

The decision comes after Moore, the franchise’s longest-serving owner, was temporarily suspended from filming after allegedly revealing explicit images of new cast member Brittany Eady while the cameras were on during a group event on Thursday, June 6.

A source told PEOPLE at the time Moore fired back at Eady, sharing photos after the podcast host allegedly threatened her colleague using the word “gun.” But another source close to the production disputed that fact, saying, “At no time was Kenya ever threatened with a weapon, nor were weapons ever present during production.”

Moore continued to maintain her innocence on social media. “Rumors and stories about me showing random nudes or revenge [porn] is 1000% untrue,” she wrote in her Instagram post on Wednesday, June 26. “I have proof and will be sharing it soon.”

“Kenya was concerned about her security, that’s true,” a source told PEOPLE on Tuesday, June 25. “Kenya never for one second felt like anyone was taking her seriously for her fears. It’s unfair.”

Meanwhile, Moore seems to have the support of many members of the Bravo community, including herself RHO costar Porsha Williams. “A wonderful vacation with your princess is just what you need !!! ❤️❤️.” Williams, 43, commented on Moore’s post.

“The most important thing in life is your precious daughter,” he added The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, who starred alongside Moore in the first Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip excursion.
