Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann List Georgia Mansion for Sale amid Split

Kim Zolciak and her ex Kroy Biermann are officially parting ways with their infamous mansion in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The Bravo star, 45, and the NFL pro, 38, have listed the sprawling seven-bedroom property for $6 million. The property sits on 1.78 acres and has 11 bathrooms, according to the Zillow listing.

As for amenities, the brick and stone estate includes a six-car garage, billiard and arcade rooms, a gym with a private massage room, a 500-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, a heated pool and a home theater.

Zolciak and Biermann bought the house in 2012, a year after they were married. They lived there with their children: Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Reno, 9. Kim also has two older daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21. who was legally adopted by Kroy.

News of the listing comes nearly two months after Biermann filed for divorce from Zolciak. The couple previously filed for legal dissolution of their 12-year marriage back in May, then decided not to separate in July in an attempt to reconcile.

In February, a notice distributed by Fulton County said the home was in foreclosure after the former couple defaulted on a $1.56 million loan they took out in October 2012, and that Truist Bank would put the property up for public auction.

A source told PEOPLE at the time that Zolciak “has been telling everyone that this is a misunderstanding and that it’s being worked out.” Brille and Ariana also denied the news in an interview with TMZ.

Although the issue was later resolved, an insider shared with PEOPLE that financial issues were a problem in their relationship.

“There is no cheating on either side. Money has a lot to do with the split, but there were other factors. He managed [the family] for a long time, so he technically had a job. They are not on good terms at the moment,” the source said.

Biermann also went to court over the only option to sell his family home without Zolciak’s filing in August. Court documents obtained by PEOPLE say the sale could help wipe out the couple’s “significant debt.”

As for their living situation, a source confirmed to PEOPLE earlier in October that the couple is “still under the same roof,” even after police were previously called to the home.
