Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are living again as “husband and wife”.

Zolciak’s claim of reconciliation comes just weeks after her estranged husband, 37, filed for divorce again, saying their marriage was “irretrievably broken”. Both Don’t be late the stars first filed for legal dissolution of their 12-year relationship back in May before briefly deciding to reconcile in July.
Biermann’s team told TMZ that Biermann’s decision to wear his wedding and engagement rings again doesn’t mean the couple is in the clear this time.
“At this time, he is still moving forward with the divorce case,” Biermann’s attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, said of the second filing.

The Bravo star and former NFL pro appear to have fallen out over financial tensions in their relationship. In February, their Georgia mansion went into foreclosure, although the couple prevented the property from going to public auction.
Last month, Biermann also went to court over the possibility of selling his family home without Zolciak’s filing. Court documents obtained by PEOPLE say the sale could help wipe out the couple’s “substantial debt.”
Zolciak has also started selling some of her designer items through her Instagram Story, although it is unknown if the profits from her online sales are being used to pay off the family’s debt.
