'King Swiftie' Flavor Flav Cheers on Chiefs at Star-Studded Game with Taylor Swift and Jason Sudeikis in Crowd

Sundays are for football — and Flavor Flav!

The rap legend and “King Swiftie” showed up at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, November 10 to cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs, who won with a dramatic last-second field goal attempt — and mingled with the team’s star-studded fan base!

To document his day in Kansas City, the Public Enemy member, 65, shared a video of himself in Chiefs gear as they take on the Denver Broncos in a Week 10 home opener.

The clip shows the native New Yorker — who featured quarterback Patrick Mahomes on his jersey — dancing and rapping enthusiastically to Flo Rida’s “GDFR.” “Ayo, they’re playing you right here at the Chiefs game, Flo,” he said in the clip.

“#ChiefsKingdom,” he simply captioned the video, tagging both the “GDFR” rapper and the NFL team.

Soon after, the rapper shared another look at his time in Kansas City, posting a video of himself talking to longtime Chiefs fan Jason Sudeikis, who was sitting in the same suite at Arrowhead Stadium.

Rapper i Ted Lasso star seemed sympathetic to the Broncos’ lead in the clip, with Flav declaring “there’s still plenty of game left” as they shook hands.

Also at the Chiefs-Broncos game was one of Flav’s favorite people: Taylor Swift.

Although the couple didn’t appear to be watching the game from the same seat, Swift, 34, was in attendance, cheering on her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, as he scored a franchise record-tying touchdown.

Flav’s appearance at the Chiefs game isn’t a shock, since the music icon is a longtime — and vocal! — a fan of athletics, as is Swift, who has become a staple of the Chiefs franchise since she started dating Kelce last year.

In September, the rapper told PEOPLE that despite the many shows he’s already done on Swift’s Eras Tour — he even received praise from the singer herself during a show in Germany in July — he’s not done yet.

As the final few shows of her record-breaking tour approach, Flav tells PEOPLE that she wants to do “as much as I can.”

“I know I’m going to one of those in Florida,” Flavor Flav said at the time. “After that, I don’t know, as far as I could go. As much as I can, as much as my schedule allows, I will go at least.”

While “King Swiftie” didn’t appear to meet the pop star at the Chiefs game, the duo spoke earlier this year at the Grammys, with Flav later saying Los Angeles Times that he finally “got some Taylor time” at the awards show.

“Discussion [at the event] it was about congratulating her on all her successes,” he told the news outlet. “And I’m a big fan of hers, a big supporter.”
