TMZ also confirmed that the couple’s son will be named Rocky Thirteen Barker.
Kourtney, 44, arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California on Monday, the paper reported.
On Thursday afternoon, Travis, 47, was spotted near the medical center while making a stop in Cedars.
Witnesses claimed that sister Kylie Jenner (26) arrived in a Range Rover before entering the facility.
Although details are scarce for now, fans are overjoyed for the Hulu star who has given birth to her fourth child.
Followers congratulated the couple in an online thread and praised their first child together.
One person said: “Congratulations! Good luck with the safe delivery and everyone is well and the baby is healthy!
“Baby Barker has arrived!”
Another fan cheered, “Yayyy!” while a third declared, “Hello child! I know it is!”
A fourth person jokingly wrote: “Waiting for the Instagram post now!”
A commenter chimed in: “I was a bit worried about them because of the earlier complications.
“I hope she finally gets her healthy baby boy!”
TRAVIS REVEALED THE CHILD’S NAME
Just days before Kourtney gave birth, Travis spilled their baby’s name on friend Toby Morse’s One Life One Chance podcast.
In the conversation, he let slip that – as fans predicted – he and Kourtney are expecting a baby on Halloween, and that he will be named Rocky.
Travis said, “We were going to do a benefit party in Hawaii, but Rocky’s in the week.”
Toby asked, “Rocky Thirteen Barker?” with Travis confirming, “Rocky Thirteen Barker!”
When Toby commented on the uniqueness of the name, Travis joked, “He’s going to come out of my wife’s vagina like he’s doing front kicks and pushups.”
In July, Travis first hinted that he would name his son Rocky on 13.
The rocker discussed potential baby names with his daughter Alabama while appearing on Goat Talk with Complex.
The couple were asked what would be the “best baby name of all time”.
Alabama, 17, was the first to continue with her answers, saying, “Audemar, Milan, Patek.”
Travis replied, “I like Rocky 13. That’s the name that’s been on my mind lately.”
Alabama shot down the idea, saying the nickname was “so bad.”
“It’s bad,” Travis admitted, adding, “Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies and 13 is just the biggest number of all time.”
EMERGENCY
Unfortunately, Kourtney’s pregnancy did not go smoothly.
On September 1, Travis and his band canceled tour dates in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin due to an “urgent family matter”, leaving fans to worry about Kourtney.
Later that week, Kourtney revealed she suffered a major scare and underwent fetal surgery on her unborn baby.
“I will be forever grateful to my amazing doctors for saving our baby’s life,” she told fans at the time in a heartfelt post.
“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from the tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.
“And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.
“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of being rushed into emergency fetal surgery.
“I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can understand that feeling of fear.
“I have a whole new understanding and respect for moms who had to fight for their babies while they were pregnant.”
“Glory be to God. Leaving the hospital with my little son in my tummy and safe was a real blessing,” concluded the television personality.
BLENDED FAMILY
The Poosh founder already has three children with ex Scott Disick – son Mason, 13; daughter Penelope, 11 years; and son Reign, eight.
Travis, meanwhile, shares two children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler – son Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama.
He also acts as a father figure to Atiani de la Hoya, 24, who is Shanna’s daughter with her ex Oscar de la Hoya.
In June, Kourtney revealed she was pregnant after months of IVF. She later confirmed that she became pregnant naturally despite all medical interventions.
She announced the news of the baby while in the crowd at Travis’ concert in Los Angeles.
She made the revelation while holding a sign that read “Travis, I’m pregnant” – a nod to the band’s iconic music video for All The Small Things.
A week later, Kourtney and Travis announced during a gender reveal party that they were having a boy.

She shared a video of herself sitting on Travis’ lap in front of a drum set.
Travis started drumming kissing his wife as the crowd cheered and suddenly there was a bang.
Blue string and confetti flew into the air revealing that they were waiting for a boy.
Kourtney and Travis – who tied the knot in May 2022 – celebrated the exciting moment with a kiss.
The former Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum shared some sweet snaps from the moment and wrote, “Little drummer coming soon.”
Kourtney opened up about her attempts to get pregnant and her battle with IVF during the second season of The Kardashians.
“Travis and I want to have a baby, so my doctor took us down this path to do IVF,” she said in a confessional during one episode.
“It wasn’t the most amazing experience.”
Kourtney eventually ended up with IVF after having problems with the process.
However, in December 2022, an insider close to the couple exclusively confirmed to The US Sun that they were “still trying” to conceive, despite the difficulties.
A source said: “Travis and Kourtney would still love to have a child together. They’re still trying.
“She’s taken a break from IVF, but that doesn’t mean plans have changed. They’re hoping to have a baby in the near future.”
After announcing that she was pregnant, Kourtney shared tons of photos of her baby on social media.
She posed in a pink bikini in a series of unedited photos with friend Addison Rae.
Fans praised the star for setting similar beauty standards for other pregnant women.
