It should be for fitness. You can exercise for 4 hours, but if you don’t eat right, it will never be effective. I will never be the same again as I was before giving birth to ZYDA and ZIYA. It’s me, a new person. Vulnerable, always scared, emotional yet strong, always divided into two worlds, always divided into two babies. Today, I am a superwoman who can do anything for my baby without leaving any stone unturned. When I read these amazing stories of mothers doing incredible things for their children, I often wonder how did they do it? Where did they gather such power? Today I understand…it’s a byproduct of being a mother. A mother can work miracles without any special effort, she can sacrifice everything she has just to see her baby smile just once. “
- Her favorite quote is Shakespeare’s “Hell is empty and all the devils are in it.”
