Undermining parliamentary security
Lalit Mohan Jha was arrested after he orchestrated the invasion of Lok Sabha. The incident, which took place on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack, involved six people, four of whom were charged under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) on suspicion of terrorism. Two people named Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D jumped into the Lok Sabha from the public gallery at zero o’clock. They released yellow smoke from canisters and chanted slogans before being restrained by lawmakers and security personnel. On the other hand, two other persons named Anmol Dhanraj Shinde and Neelam Devi released yellow smoke from the canister and raised their heads outside the Parliament. Shouting slogans. Lalit Mohan Jha, who is said to be the mastermind behind the incident, was shooting a video of the entire scene and soon left the scene for Rajasthan. The purpose of this is said to be to recreate the bomb-throwing of the central parliament by revolutionary Bhagat Singh during the British rule in India.
