Lance Armstrong, the former American professional cyclist, married his longtime partner Anna Hansen. On August 9, the 50-year-old athlete took to Instagram to post a series of photos from his D-Day with Hansen and his kids. The actor called him “The best. Day. Ever”, and thanked his longtime wife and their children.
Armstrong conveyed his feelings about the wedding in a lengthy caption:
“It was a night filled with laughter and happy tears. Anna, you have been my rock for the last 14 years and let me be clear: I couldn’t do it without you. I’m so happy with the relationship we’ve established – it took effort and I’m so happy we did. I adore you and will always be there for you and our family.”
Lance Armstrong claimed that their ceremony was performed by his friend “Reverend” Chadbourne Mountain, and the photos were taken by Elizabeth Kreutz. In the photos, Hansen is dressed in an embroidered white sleeveless dress. She finished her look with a little makeup and blue earrings. Lance Armstrong was dressed in a black suit with a blue tie and gray shoes. The beautiful event was held at Château La Coste in France, a sprawling park with sculptures, paintings and an organic vineyard.

Anna Hansen is 41 years old and nine years older than Armstrong, who was born in 1971 and is 50 today. Mrs. Hansen Armstrong, who recently got married, is a yoga teacher by profession and is originally from Colorado. Move with Anna, a YouTube channel she started during the coronavirus outbreak, features yoga instructional videos. Hansen mentioned on her website that she created virtual videos for people who couldn’t physically attend classes.

Lance Armstrong and Anna started dating in 2008, and got engaged in May 2017 in Lake Austin, Texas, after nearly ten years together. The pair also ran into trouble when the former cyclist admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs. An investigation by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) in 2012 revealed that the athlete used drugs during his professional career. After the confession, Armstrong was stripped of all trophies and awards and was banned from the sport for life. Lance and Anna have two children: Max, 13, and Olivia Marie, 11.
Armstrong is also the father of Luke (22) and Isabella and Grace (20) from his first marriage to Kristin Richard, which lasted from 1998 to 2003. Lance had several romantic relationships before Hansen. He had relationships with Ashley Olsen and Kate Hudson, and was engaged to Sheryl Crow from 2005 to 2006.
