Larry David and his wife have an age difference of about 38 years. David was married to his first wife, Laurie, for more than 15 years before he met Underwood. From 1993 to 2007, the couple was married. There is not much information available about David and Laurie’s relationship history. It is not clear how they met and began their relationship. Despite this, the couple’s 14-year marriage resulted in the birth of two children, Cazzie and Romy. David and Laurie’s divorce was well covered. On June 5, 2007, the Seattle Times reported that their divorce was “fairly amicable.” Similarly, they said they would raise their children “as friends.”
A decade later, the Curb Your Enthusiasm star rediscovered love in the arms of Underwood. They were met by Cohen and his wife Isla Fisher during Sache Baron Cohen’s birthday party in 2017. In an April 2020 New York Times article, David discussed meeting Underwood. “We sat close together, I suppose, with that in mind,” he said. However, he surprised Underwood by leaving before dessert. He did it because he was having a great time with her and “didn’t want to risk staying too long and spoiling the positive impression.” Soon after, the couple started dating and fell in love. In 2019, Underwood moved into her boyfriend’s house in Pacific Palisades.
They were also quarantined with David’s daughter, Cazzie, during the COVID-19 outbreak. Underwood and David also have two pets: an Australian Shepherd named Bernie Sanders and a cat named Elwood. On the other hand, David had a hard time living in the same house with his partner and daughter. He admitted that there was tension between at least two people at the residence. Likewise, David and Underwood had problems with the latter watching a TV program while waiting for her lover. Regardless of all disagreements, their love became more alive. David got married for the second time in a private ceremony in October 2020. The news of the wedding is published exclusively by people, although nothing is known about it. Who is Larry David’s wife?
His wife, like David, works in the entertainment sector. She is best known as the producer of Who Is America?, the Showtime satirical series created by Cohen. She also produced Cohen’s film, Borat: The Aftermath. However, it has been suggested that Underwood didn’t always want to be a producer. She studied law at Marshall Law School, which is affiliated with the University of Illinois. But instead of becoming a lawyer, she pursued her love of writing and producing.
