The pair also work in tandem to make the holiday season perfect. They told PEOPLE on DIRECTV’s Celebrate Christmas at Kathy’s last month that they plan to spend the holidays in Los Angeles and will share the cooking duties.

“Marcus is going to start baking dessert. I normally cook and I feel that he likes dessert,” said the mother of four, jokingly mentioning that he must “start baking”.

“I can cook, but I choose to let the chefs do the cooking,” Jordan added, noting that he “provides the wine” and “drinks.”

Pippen is the mother of daughter Sophia (15) and sons Justin (18), Preston (21) and Scotty Jr. (23). For the holidays, she says, the four of them will split their time between her and ex Scottie Pippen.

“I feel like my kids are older, so they can enjoy time with their dad. And they can enjoy time with us,” she said. “My kids are so lucky. They’re lucky to have both great parents. And it’s fun.”
