Lenny Kravitz can’t wait for his daughter Zoë Kravitz’s wedding!
“Hey man. That’s life,” Lenny, 59, told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Thursday night when asked about the engagement to Zoe, 35. 21 Jump Street actor Channing Tatum, 43.
“When your family is happy, when your child is happy, that’s it — I did well. Blessed,” added the singer.

Multiple sources confirmed Zoë and Tatum’s happy news to PEOPLE in late October 2023. The couple — who were first linked in 2021 — were photographed over Halloween weekend leaving a party with Batman star — who was dressed as Rosemary Woodhouse from the 1968 horror film Rosemary’s Baby — seemingly showing off his new engagement ring.

And despite the fact that they’ve mostly kept their relationship under wraps, the actress called her man a “wonderful man” in a 2022 interview with the fashion title GQ.
“He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and exploring why we do what we do,” she explained. “We like to watch film and take it apart and talk about it and challenge each other.”

The two stars met during the casting process for Zoë’s directorial debut Pussy Island. And Tatum, she continued to share with him GQ, became her guardian on set.

“Whether he was making me tea or pouring me a drink or whipping someone into shape or whatever – he was really my protector and it was really lovely and sweet,” she said.

The star added about the actor: “I think that if you can do something like that together, it’s a good test. And we came out even stronger.”
Meanwhile, in his headline interview for WSJ. Magazine Fall 2022 womenswear issue, Zoë said she was “really grateful that this film [Pussy Island] Ha[d] brought [Tatum] into my life” in the way of creative cooperation.
“When you’re doing things with people, it’s a very sacred place, and when you’re creatively compatible with someone, it often opens up other channels, because you’re kind of sharing your best,” Zoë explained.
