LIAM Payne’s devastated ex-fiancée Maya Henry says he eerily predicted his early death, telling her mum: “I don’t think I’ll be around much longer.”
Maya discussed their troubled relationship in a TikTok video last week and a podcast interview on Monday, two days before his death.

She also sent a cease and desist letter to Liam, 31, last week telling him not to contact her.
Earlier this year, Maya, 23, self-published a book called Looking Forward, based on her relationship with Liam.
Liam would text me after we broke up saying ‘I’m not okay’

On Monday, the model told YouTube podcast The Internet Is Dead: “He would always text me since we broke up saying ‘I’m not okay’.
“He would always play with death, saying: ‘I’m going to die, I’m not doing well’. I tried to help him once, but he didn’t accept it. He would send my mom a message saying ‘I’m not doing well, let Maja call me’ because I didn’t answer.
“For example, when I announced my book, he did the same thing, called my mom and said, ‘I don’t think I’m going to be around much longer.'”
Liam and aspiring lawyer Maya first met briefly in 2015 during a One Direction meet and greet after a show in her native Texas.
They met again in 2018 at the Dolce&Gabbana fashion show in Lake Como, for which she was a model.
The couple got engaged in November 2019 – just three months after officially dating in August of that year – but split in June 2021.
They later got back together and got engaged again before calling it quits for good in May 2022.
Maya called in lawyers last week after complaining that Liam refuses to stop contacting her, her family including her mother Azteca and her friends.

Her lawyers said earlier this week: “Maya Henry issued a cease and desist last week to Liam Payne after new and troubling information emerged.”
Liam started dating American influencer Kate Cassidy (25) in October 2022.
He traveled with her to Argentina on September 30 to attend his former One Direction bandmate Niall Horan’s performance at the Movistar Arena in the capital Buenos Aires on October 2.
Liam and Kate stayed together afterwards and spent time relaxing at a friend’s house.

In Snapchat videos shared shortly before his death, they could be seen enjoying a holiday in the South American country after attending Niall’s show.
Liam shared pictures of the food they ate, discussed his plans to play polo and made fun of his hair.
They also jokingly boasted about how late they had breakfast.
Liam recorded himself saying: “It’s a beautiful day here in Argentina. This is the breakfast table, I’m just enjoying my coffee and breakfast even though it’s about 1pm.”
‘Fix things’
Kate can be heard saying: “We literally sleep until at least 12 every day, we’re losers.”
Before traveling to Argentina, Liam said he intended to “work out a few things” with Niall.
He added: “There’s no bad vibes or anything, but we just need to talk.”
However, Kate returned to Florida on Monday, leaving Liam alone in Buenos Aires.
Explaining her decision to return to the US, Kate said: “I was so ready to leave. I hate staying in one place for too long.
“And we were supposed to be there for about five days. Converted in two weeks.”
When she left, Liam checked into the luxury CasaSur hotel in the capital.
He went on an alleged drinking and drug spree that ended with him falling to his death from a third-floor balcony on Wednesday.
He previously apologized in 2014 for a stunt in a high-rise apartment building in which he tried to imitate his superhero idol Batman.
Liam, who had a full-size figure of the Dark Knight crime fighter in his apartment, shocked fans by dangling from a 34th-floor ledge.

Aged 20 at the time, he was caught 360ft high after scaling an exposed ledge despite high wind warnings around the building, one of London’s tallest.
He was partying to celebrate bandmate Zayn Malik’s 21st birthday and embarrassedly told The Sun: “It was a stupid and irresponsible thing to do. I’m sorry.”
And last year he shared a video online in which he giggled about being a “burglar cat”.
He recounted climbing down the roof from the second floor while on tour in Peru at a time when he would “climb anything.”
