Lindsay Arnold is recovering well from breast augmentation surgery.
31 year old Dancing with the stars alum shared a series of posts on social media to document her Jan. 14 breast augmentation surgery. In a full recap shared on TikTok on Jan. 15, Arnold showed the entire process from prepping for surgery, including a behind-the-scenes look at an Instagram Reel she previously made dancing with her surgeon.
Arnold also confirmed that the surgery was a success and joked that “Lindsay after surgery is a place to see 😂😂.” Noting that she was already at home recuperating, she found her pain manageable, although she felt “dizzy and nauseous.”
She shared another update on Instagram Stories on January 15, noting that her pain level was still good and that “coming out of anesthesia yesterday was tough… but she slept great and felt good.”
Arnold followed up on her news by sharing a video of her daughters Saga and June keeping her company while she recovered. “My girls have been so gentle with me, they are the cutest,” she captioned a video of them cuddling with her.

In December 2024, Arnold said she planned to get breast augmentation for Christmas after a birthday trip to Mexico with husband Samuel Lightner Cusick.
“People, I’m a schizim. I’m going crazy, but I’m also very excited,” she said then about the procedure. “It’s like — so many decisions. And it’s hard [because] you make your own decisions and you have to live with those choices. So I hope to make the right decision.”

She said breast augmentation was “something I knew I always wanted to do.” She also addressed the “mixed opinions about this kind of thing,” noting that “if it’s not for you, it’s not for you.”
In another TikTok shared on January 15, Arnold responded to a commenter who wrote that they “regret” getting a breast augmentation. “New 🍒 entered the chat and there are no regrets here 🤩”, she replied in the title.
