Lindsay Hubbard is starting over—and a big buy!
The Summer house star, 37, shared on Instagram on Wednesday that she bought a house in Nashville. “I bought a HOUSE!” she captioned a series of photos and videos showing her signing paperwork to close on the estate last week. “I did it,” Hubbard said with a big smile on her face as she pretended to scatter the papers in one fell swoop.
“Turns out 2023 wasn’t so bad for me…” Hubbard wrote in the caption, seemingly alluding to her divorce from fiancé Carl Radke.

The reality star ended her relationship with Radke more than a year after getting engaged in August 2022. The couple originally planned to tie the knot in the fall of 2023 in Mexico, but called off their wedding instead.
In a letter to family and friends obtained by PEOPLE, Radke, 38, announced the news and apologized, writing, “There have been a lot of false stories and misunderstandings that have made this even more painful, but unfortunately we are not moving forward with the wedding at this time.”
“The fact is that Lindsay is devastated and I am devastated at how this has all happened. I am kindly asking for some patience and grace to recover and heal as we go through this extremely difficult time,” he added.

Before calling off the big day, Hubbard celebrated her nuptials at the Cathédrale restaurant in New York with her co-stars Amanda Batula, Danielle Oliver, Ciara Miller, Gabby Prescod and Sam Feher.
“I have such an amazing group of girlfriends who wouldn’t let me run away without getting married,” Hubbard told PEOPLE. “They have been in my life for so long and have been on this crazy journey to find love by my side through every relationship. I feel so lucky and blessed to have the girls I have and to celebrate the biggest moment of my life with them before that next chapter. It’s such a special treat to be able to do that.”

She will put the property on the vacation rental market in early March and said those looking for a place to stay with a group of friends should consider the home.
“Giddy Up because #HubbHouse Nash is coming soon!!,” she concluded the post with the hashtag “yeehaw.”
Several of her friends including Bachelor in Paradise star Natasha Parker congratulated the feat in the comments saying: “I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!!”
