Lisa Marie Presley Passed Away At The Age Of 54

Lisa Marie Presley, a well-known singer, and composer died on January 12 at the age of 54 after suffering a heart attack. Her mother, Priscilla, confirmed the news, saying:

“She was the most passionate, powerful, and loving woman I had ever met. We want privacy as we attempt to cope with this tragic loss. Thank you for your support and prayers. There will be no additional remark at this time.”

On Facebook, actress Leah Remini paid homage to Lisa by uploading a photo and writing:

“Lisa did not have an easy life, contrary to popular belief. May she rest in peace with her son and father. My thoughts and prayers are with her mother, Priscilla, and her three kids, Riley, Finley, and Harper.”

On Thursday, paramedics were rushed to Lisa’s home when she went into cardiac arrest. Her ex-husband Danny Keough got home after dropping the kids off at school and discovered her comatose in her bedroom. Danny administered CPR until paramedics came. Lisa was immediately hospitalized after receiving one epinephrine dose. Since Thursday morning, she had been complaining of stomach aches that were growing worse.

“So terribly sad,” say netizens after learning of Lisa Marie Presley’s death.

Lisa Presley was born on February 1, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late singer and actor Elvis Presley and actress and entrepreneur Priscilla Presley.
