TELLY legend Jane McDonald will not be returning to host Loose Women in the future.
The 60-year-old appeared on the ITV lunchtime show for ten years before leaving in 2014 – but it has been hinted that he will return this year for the 25th anniversary.

A source told Bella magazine: “Bosses want to go all out in celebration, including bringing back some Loose Women legends. And at the top of the list is Jane McDonald.
“For many, she is the ultimate Loose Woman and they will do anything to ensure she is involved,
But Jane’s rep dismissed the claims, telling Entertainment Daily: “There are no talks about Jane returning to Loose Women.
“She’s always very happy to come back as a guest and hang out with the ladies, but she has no plans to come back as a panelist.”
The Cruise With Jane McDonald star previously teased that she might return to the panel one day.
Not long after she quit the show, Jane told The Sun: “It’s easy to keep doing something safe, but I’m a singer and I realized a lot of people didn’t even know that.
“That’s when I thought, ‘I have to get back to it, to creating and writing.’
“When you see the audience’s reaction when you’ve written a song that really touches them, it’s on another level.
“I’m still good friends with the Loose Women girls and I’d never say never in terms of going back permanently one day.”
Jane has since returned to the show to talk about her various TV programs as well as the death of her beloved partner – The Searchers drummer Eddie Rothe.
Her show – Cruising with Jane McDonald – famously won her a Bafta in 2018.
