George and fiancee Samantha Zimmer found 2 dogs in a ditch after seeing a Facebook post about injured animals in the Houston area.
One of the dogs, named Corey, was waiting beside his friend, Matthew, who was hit by a car. The loyal dog waited 6 hours beside Matthew until help arrived!
So Samantha and George carefully carried the injured dog into the car with Corey.
They are then taken away to give them the care they need. Luckily, they’re doing great now at Lola’s Lucky Day, a non-profit rescue operation.
