Zach Roloff is in full dad mode as Tori Roloff heads out of town on a girlfriend trip.
In an exclusive clip shared with PEOPLE ahead of next week’s episode Little people, big world, a father of three children gets his three children ready in the morning while his wife enjoys being with friends. Zach and Tori are parents to sons Jackson (6) and Josiah (21 months), as well as daughter Lilah (4).
“Both Jackson and Lilah woke up kind of in a bad mood. I didn’t really do everything like mommy does that morning,” Zach begins in the confessional. “Mommy’s got a little more than a cute mommy. Sweet little morning. Daddy’s got a stiff, go go go. Time is of the essence.”

The scene then cuts to Zach running around his house, trying to get his kids ready for the day.
“Okay, Jackson, are you ready to roll? Let’s go get your hair done. Lilah, find your shoes,” Zach says as his daughter runs off.
“Hey, dad? When I get old, I want to be bald,” Jackson tells Zach as he helps his son get ready.
“Yes? Why? Because you don’t want to do your hair?” Zach asks. “Yeah,” Jackson replies as his dad brushes his hair.
“I’m more effective than Tori just because I’m going to be able to let things go. Tori can’t let things go,” Zach adds in the confessional.
“His haircut isn’t done, but we’re running late. Get in the car,” Zach continues as the father of three hands his daughter a lunchbox. “You got underwear, pants and shoes? Get in the car.”
“Torino ‘Get in the Car,’ but in a certain way. You have to look a certain way. And we have to do things a certain way,” Zach says over a video of his daughter running down the hall, still in her pajamas. “Me? ‘Get in the car.'”
Zach can then be seen arguing with his three children in the car, telling his son that he made him a whole sandwich instead of half. “Yeah, but I wanted half,” Jackson tells his dad. “You don’t have to eat the whole thing,” Zach replies as his daughter can be heard saying, “Dad, help!”
“I am more efficient, but I also allow a lot…my quality is not so good,” the father of three admits in his confessional. “Thorium’s quality is very high, there is no efficiency.”
An hour later, Zach is asked about the note he put in Jackson’s lunch. “Oh, my God. I forgot the message,” he says, putting his head in his hands and laughing. “I forgot! He’ll get a message tomorrow.”
