Luciano’s 2022 Volkswagen Taos collided head-on with a vehicle driven by 42-year-old Matthew DeAngelis, which was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of Route 202. The crash was severe, resulting in serious injuries to Luciano and two other passengers in his vehicle. Despite the immediate reaction and medical assistance, Lucian succumbed to his injuries at Paoli Hospital.
The two passengers, a 20-year-old from Carmel, Indiana, and a 22-year-old from Blacklick, Ohio, are currently in critical but stable condition at the same hospital.
