The pop superstar — who is currently on tour — was recertified by Guinness World Records on Wednesday
The Queen of Pop is still sitting pretty on top.
On Wednesday, Guinness World Records re-certified Madonna as the best-selling female singer of all time after reportedly selling more than 400 million records during her 40-year career.
According to the site, the singer has held the record since 2009, followed by Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Taylor Swift and Beyoncé.
Earlier this month, Madonna kicked off her critically acclaimed Celebration Tour at London’s O2 Arena with a two-hour set that had a crowd of 20,000 on their feet for the duration of the concert.

During the sweet moment, the star gave a shout-out to her daughter Lourdes, who turned 27 at her mom’s premiere.
During the evening, Madonna’s other children, David, 18, Mercy, 17, and Stella and Estere, 11, joined her on stage to perform. (She’s also the mom of Rocco, 23, who cheered from the audience.)
The pop star’s sold-out shows in London were the first stop on a 78-concert world tour that will take her from Europe to North America until April 2024, before closing where she first became a star: New York City.

The show had its moments of debauchery and spectacle, including topless dancers, multiple costume changes, mid-air stunts and more. In the second part, Madonna paid an emotional tribute to those who died of AIDS, including her close friend artist Keith Haring, as she sang “Live to Tell.”
“I didn’t think I was going to make it. Neither did my doctors. That’s why I woke up with all the kids sitting around me. I forgot five years of my life or my death, I don’t really know where I was,” she said on stage of her health scare during summer. “But the angels protected me, and my children were there. And my children always save me every time.”
“If you want to know my secret and you want to know how I got out and survived, I thought, I have to be there for my kids. I have to survive for them,” she said.
