All candidates who have been assigned a place are required to report to their institutes from September 16 to 20 at 5:30 p.m. For admission to 85% seats in government quota and 100% private seats in government medical colleges, NEET counseling is conducted in Maharashtra.

- Aadhaar card
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of ex-servicemen/certificate of actual service (if applicable)
- Veteran’s Maharashtra Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of eligibility for EWS category issued by competent authority (if applicable)
- Certificate of disputed area, mother tongue certificate, class 10 or class 12 in MKB area (if applicable)
