A CONFUSING image of what appears to be a man levitating at a petrol station has been baffling the internet.
The strange picture shows a man who looks like he is hovering an inch off the ground, leaving many people to question how the act is possible.

The photograph was uploaded by Reddit user Favre4Evre, and has racked up hundreds of comments from confused viewers.
The image is actually a clever illusion, with the shadow under the man’s shoe actually being some oil that has spilled from a nearby pump.
Due to its shape and location, many people are quick to assume it is a shadow under his hovering foot.
User Favre4Evre didn’t spot the clever trick until they later inspected the image, and said they had only taken the picture due to the man’s colourful trousers.
They said: “His pants were the real reason I took the pic lol but noticed the stain made some cool effects.”
Many users shared their own confusion when they saw the illusion.
GotoDeng0 said: “I can’t. I try, but my brain won’t accept it. It looks wrong.”
Meanwhile Barbadillo said: “What sorcery is this?”
