Manasi Joshi Roy is an Indian film and television actress. She is the sister of Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi. She has appeared in the Bollywood movie Student of the Year 2. She was the first star film presenter in Bollywood in India.

While in college, Manasi Joshi Roy started her theater career with a Gujarati play directed by her father Arvind Joshi. She has acted in Arvind’s play exploring the father-daughter relationship. She has acted in many dramas like “Eni Sugandhno Dariyo” and “Tamari Neha” and I was also supposed to be in the picture. She played the female lead in the Hindi version of the drama All The Best (1992), produced by Feroz Abbas Khan. The play became an instant hit and ran for the next eight years.

Manasi made her television debut in the TV show Gaatha on Star Plus. She has played many roles including Sudha in Sony TV’s Saaya (1998-1999), Chandni “Uparwali” in Star Plus’s Gharwali Uparwali (2000-2003), and Star Plus’ Dhhai Kilo Prem Madhuri Pankaj Sharma in (2017). Manasi starred as Sheela Ramani in the Zee TV suspense thriller series Saturday Suspense (1997). In this play, Manasi plays an interlude.
