Manjeet Dahiya started playing kabaddi in 2014. In 2016, he joined the Indian Army under the sports quota. In 2017 and 2018, he played kabaddi in national level competitions. In 2018, he participated in the FedEx Cup Kabaddi Championship and won. In the same year, Manjit joined Patna Pirates in the sixth season and made his professional Kabaddi League debut. He scored 102 points on 46% of his blitzes and 39% of his interceptions this season. In 2019, he was acquired by Puneri Paltan for Rs. Pro Kabaddi League Season 7 Earned Rs 63 Lakhs. This season, he scored 151 points on 46% of his blitzes and tackles. In 2021, Manjith played for Tamil Thalaivas, who picked him for Rs. In Season 8, he scored 167 points on 49% of his blitzes and 35% of his interceptions for 9.2 million points. He was acquired by Haryana Steelers for Rs. 8 million rupees for the 9th season of the league in 2022; Manjit scored a total of 153 points this season, with a raid hit rate of 54% and a tackle hit rate of 42%. In 2023, he was sold to Patna Pirates for Rs. Earned Rs 9.2 million in the 10th season of the Pro Kabaddi League; His jersey number is No. 10 with Patna Pirates. In the same year, Manjit participated in the 37th National Games held in Goa and qualified.
