In 1993, Mansi Madan Tripathy worked as an engineer at Bharat Electronics for a year. In May 2003, she joined Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she served as associate director of hair care for three years. In January 2006, Mansi Madan Tripathy was transferred to the Infant and Feminine Care Department in Singapore. In July 2007, she was further promoted to director of consumer and market knowledge and appointed global director of shaving care for The Procter & Gamble Company in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. She has held various roles in sales, strategy, operations, marketing and insights across the company’s Asia Pacific region. In September 2012, Mansi Madan Tripathy joined as Head Marketing (CMM) and became Managing Director after three years of service. In September 2019, she became Vice President of Shell Lubricants Asia Pacific. Mansi Madan Tripathy is Country Head for Shell Lubricants India Cluster, responsible for managing the third largest lubricants market, which consists of operations in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
