The Queen of Christmas shops in style!
Mariah Carey No stranger to glitz, Mariah Carey braved the winter snow in a shimmering, all-Gucci ensemble — including a dress and cardigan that retail for a total of $17,000 — while shopping in Aspen, Colo., on Saturday, Dec. 21.
For her shopping outing, the 55-year-old “All I Want for Christmas Is You” singer wore a knit ensemble from Gucci’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection: the brand’s chunky wool cardigan and a chunky wool sleeveless dress.
Sold out online, the sweater and mini dress retail for $14,900 and $2,100, respectively.

The singer kept warm by layering a woolen cardigan – a chunky, oatmeal-colored sweater with beaded hem and sequin-like sleeves – over a matching sleeveless, scoop-neck dress.
For added sparkle, she paired the pieces with sparkly leggings and a chunky silver necklace.
Carey also helped beat the Colorado cold with a winter hat, also by Gucci. The star completed her ensemble with the fashion house’s ribbed wool llama cap, a cream cap with Gucci’s classic monogram.
Under the hat, she wore her hair down in a sleek, straight style. As for her make-up, she opted for glossy glam along with glossy lips.

For footwear, the musician chose shoes that she can take from the Gucci store to the ski slopes, wearing a pair of white snow boots.
She also added a pair of classic aviators to complete the winter ensemble.

Carey’s shopping spree in Aspen comes not long after she spoke to PEOPLE in the holiday hotspot of Colorado — where she’s spent the holiday season for the past few years — about her recent Christmas appearances.
The “Heartbreaker” singer enjoyed her Christmas tour, which ended Dec. 17 in Brooklyn, but said she may make some changes to her schedule in the future after being forced to cancel three shows due to the flu.
“I really love doing it, I just have to schedule it a little differently because I got sick this year just from being out too long,” she told PEOPLE earlier this month.

The iconic singer also reflected on her last performance, during which she got down in the audience — and signed Rihanna’s breasts in a viral moment.
“I was like, ‘You can’t call me a diva anymore because I’m literally retreating down the stairs,’” Carey told PEOPLE of the moment.

As for her exchange with the “Disturbia” singer, she said, “That was hilarious. I heard Rihanna was coming to the show, but I didn’t think she’d be in the crowd. She was fun.”
And when asked if she was tired of Christmas music yet, the singer revealed that she wasn’t — she was even listening to one of her holiday songs at the time.
“I’m in Aspen and right now ‘Oh Santa!’ plays over the speakers,” the singer told PEOPLE. “And I say, ‘I guess I’m not sick of it.’ ”
