Mariska Hargitay Cozies Up to Christopher Meloni for Adorable Selfie While Filming SVU

Mariska Hargitay and Christopher melons create memories that they last a lifetime.

The couple was observed as recorded Law and Command: Unit for Special Sacrifice On Wednesday, March 19, walking his hand in the streets of New York.

In the photos they received, the melons stopped to take the selfie from him and Hargitay as she wrapped her hands around his waist and leaned on his shoulder at a sweet moment.

Hargitay, 61, also shared the couple’s footage as they walk together and take a selfie on Instagram, writing: “I just leave this here 👯‍♂️”

Actors are friends already 26 years after the first meeting on their audition for All In 1999 during the interview with Today In January, Hargitay said she and melons, who continued to run the Spinoff series Law and Order: Organized Crime, had chemistry from the “first minute”.

Fans have always rooted for their characters, Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler, to transfer their partnership to the next level. In season 24, they almost shared a kiss when Elliot looked at Olivia of comfort after his wife died, but she retreated before it happened.

After a dramatic episode aired in 2024, Hargitay revealed that she and melons “want to be safe and correct it” when it comes to a romantic relationship of their characters.

“The good news is that we are so comfortable with each other, it was effortless and fun and we believe each other, it was nice so,” she said Today at that time. “We just focused on work.”

Earlier that year, Hargitay also admitted to people that their dynamics were “intense”,
