Mark was Arrested on 29 December 2015 at his home in Los Angeles for Possessing Several Thousand Photos and Videos of Child Impurity.
He was released on $ 20,000 bail but later to a Warrant found more than 50,000 images of child Impurity between April and December 2015.
Due to the Charges, he was removed from the cast of Adi Shanker’s film Gods and Secrets.
He was found guilty of Possession of child Impurity on 30 December 2017.

Mark Passed away on 30 January 2018 to commit Suicide near his home in the Sunland area of Los Angeles. He was sentenced due to Possession of child Impurity. He committed suicide before his hearing scheduled on 7 March 2018.
