“I fell in the bathroom,” Mark revealed and said he needed a few stitches, but insisted he “wasn’t drunk” when it happened.
Sitting in a hoodie as he flew back to the UK, the 37-year-old former reality star added: “For those asking on my Instagram, it was the middle of the night and I was half asleep.
“I’m fine, I’m perfectly fine and I’m on my way home to see my wife.”
Mark was in the US attending the Formula 1 in Las Vegas over the weekend.
He then thanked the “incredible” facility he was staying at for their hospitality, as well as Formula 1.
And Mark ended the video by saying: “It’s home time, Christmas, and I can’t wait to see my loved ones.”
And Mark, who is married to Michelle Keegan, is all set for Christmas at his Essex mansion.
The couple recently had their £3.5million mega mansion completely covered in fairy lights.
The couple decorated their home with reindeer, baubles and a wreath, and proudly showed off their festive makeover in a new clip, writing: “It’s that time of year again!! The best time of the year!”
Mark then praised the company that decorated their home and said they had once again “done it”.

While the hallway is complete with a huge Christmas tree and tinsel that runs along the fence.
But not everyone was impressed and some thought it was too early for festivities.
One wrote: “Looks nice but not in November.”
Another posted: “Too early in my opinion.”
A third said: “People just keep getting earlier and earlier!! It’s ruining the spell now,” with a shocked emoticon on his face.
While other followers agreed with the makeover.
One commented: “They want to make the most of it because it comes and goes so quickly, bless them.”
This person echoed: “Absolutely stunning and good for you for doing what makes you happy!”
Mark and Michelle moved into their home in September 2022 and have been putting the finishing touches on it ever since.
They originally bought a mock Tudor mansion on the property in 2020, which they demolished to build their own home.
They spent two years renovating and building the property, keeping fans updated on the progress on their Instagram page.
