Martha Stewart still gets butterflies over certain stars.
The lifestyle expert, who partners with Pure Leaf for their latest campaign, tells PEOPLE that there are very few parts of her life in the spotlight that make her nervous.
“I’m not really afraid of anything. I like to hang out with people. I like to go on television. I love being interviewed. I like all of those things,” says Stewart, who is publishing her 100th cookbook. Marta: CookNovember 12.
But when asked to recall the moments that made her a star, Stewart was quick to say that she’s had “so many fantastic movie stars” as guests on her TV shows over the years.

“When Russell Crowe came on he was still fit and beautiful, he might have just finished Gladiator. He was quite attractive. Matthew McConaughey, he’s still quite attractive. Tom Cruise was so cute and attractive in his first movies,” she says. “There are all these memories of particularly attractive actors.”

The celebrity encounters that come with her fame are especially exciting for her grandson, Truman Stewart, 12.
Stewart attended the US Open with her grandson on September 8. At the sporting event, the duo mingled with fellow celebrity spectators, and Stewart posted photos from the day on Instagram. Commenters were quick to joke that she was a “Martharazzi.”
“They said I was better than TMZ,” she tells PEOPLE, noting that was not her intention. “I couldn’t believe it.”

“I took them for myself and Truman. He likes to send them all to his friends,” Stewart says of pictures of Jon Hamm, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.
At the US Open, Martha and Truman published photos together, and Stewart said that the girl surprised her with her natural skills in front of the camera.
“He’s never been on the red carpet and it’s always pooh-pooh. And I said, ‘Oh, come over here, do the red carpet,’ and he ran right over,” she says. “I couldn’t believe he was standing there with me. And he hugged me. It was crazy! He never hugs me.”

In her new commercial for Pure Leaf, Martha has another friend by her side: unsweetened iced tea. The commercial features her retrieving bottles of liquor, which she calls “Martha’s little helper,” from various hiding places around her Bedford, NY property — like tucked into a bouquet or a cutout in a book.
While the bottles may not be hidden around her house, Stewart said she keeps tea nearby.
“It’s a very nice drink. I keep bottles in my car in a small cooler and in the fridge, for people who are visiting or working here. Everyone loves it,” she says.
