Martine Biron Vijesti
Martine Biron, a former reporter for Radio-Canada, said Wednesday that she has adhered to its journalistic standards throughout her career.
Responding to questions about her quick switch from political analyst to Coalition Avenir Québec candidate in the upcoming election, Biron said that while she was still a journalist, she never softened her criticism of the party, or any other party.

Asked by reporters if he had maintained objectivity in his final months as a journalist, Biron encouraged his former colleague to examine his work, including an analysis he wrote in June that characterized Deputy Prime Minister Geneviève Guilbault as conceited.
In addition, Biron publicly opposed the CAQ government’s plan to connect downtown Quebec City and Lévis with a tunnel under the St. Lawrence. Biron, in his capacity as an analyst, stated that the project was accompanied by controversies and that the plan
