During the special reunion, Perry got emotional explaining the enduring bond he has with his Friends costars.

“The best way I can describe it is after the show is over, at a party or any social gathering, if one of us crashes, that’s it. That was the end of the night. You just sat with a person all night and that’s it. be it.”

He continued: “You apologized to the people you were with, but they had to understand that you had met someone special to you and that you were going to be talking to that person for the rest of the night. And that’s how it worked.”

As Aniston agreed and Cox began to cry, Perry added, “It must have worked that way with all of us. It just did.”

Perry’s Memoirs Friends, lovers and the big scary thing was published in November 2022, and Kudrow wrote the foreword for the book. He talked about his struggles with addiction, including his time on the show.
