Mauricio Umansky Tells Marriage Gossips to ‘F— Off’ and Explains His ‘In and Out’ Approach to RHOBH (Exclusive)

Mauricio Umansky doesn’t mince words when it comes to the gossip surrounding his marriage to Kyle Richards.

In PEOPLE’s uncensored exclusive, get a peek at Umanski’s appearance on the Skinny Confidential On & Her Show podcast, the Buying Beverly Hills star, 53, says: “When I know what I’m doing with my marriage, I’ll let you all know. Until then, anyone can walk and is— away.”

The TV personality admits she doesn’t “need to read the BS” because she knows what’s going on in the couple’s split.

“I always tell my wife. I said, ‘I know what’s happening to us.’ I’m the one who went to bed. I’m the one who woke up,” he tells hosts Lauryn and Michael Bosstick. “It cannot change every minute and every day.”

Umansky also shares her relationship advice after nearly three decades of marriage to Richards.

“Since you’re creative, find things to do together, be creative and do different things,” he shares. “I’m not trying to lose my positivity, but I’m trying to stop the wall that positivity creates.”

When asked if he and Richards had considered retiring The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in the midst of their marital woes, he replies, “I just decided to be in and out housewives, Is it? It’s like I’m inside. My wife is always right and then you know, I get out as fast as possible.”

In July, PEOPLE confirmed that Richards and Umansky were separating after 27 years of marriage.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for some time, but they still live under the same roof,” a source close to the couple revealed at the time. “They have remained amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”

Despite their problems, Umansky has previously insisted that he and Richards are working on their marriage.

“We have been married for 27 years. We’re in a bit of a tough situation,” he told PEOPLE in early October, adding that “sometimes life throws different things at you” and that “you have to get through it.”

“She and I are separated right now, but we’re not throwing in the towel,” he continued. “We’re not saying it just to say it. We’re not actually throwing in the towel yet.”
