Megan Fox talks about her plastic surgeries – and lack thereof.

While appearing in the final episode of Alex Cooper Call her dad podcast, Fox, 37, detailed all the procedures she had and didn’t have, including talking about her nose.

Fox shared that a common misconception about her nose is that she’s had a ton of work done on it, but in reality, she’s only had one nose job, over a decade ago. People just think she keeps grooming him because she’s shaping him. A lots of.

“I got my nose done when I was in my early 20s,” she told Cooper. “That’s something I was literally accused of if I had six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries, your nose would necrotize and fall off. While talking about her plastic surgeries, Fox also got candid about how much hate she often gets on social media when it comes to her looks. She admitted that she doesn’t often read her comments on Instagram, but sometimes she feels like hosting a “troll”.

“Some of my favorite comments are from women — and I don’t read them often, but sometimes I’m in the mood,” she said, noting that there is a stigma surrounding plastic surgery and no matter what, she’s not going to win this conversation.

“[The hurtful comments are] often from women where, I’ll say, shit— that’s a particularly cruel thing to say, who is this person? And I’ll click on that, and she’ll be like, ‘Women’s life coach, crystal healing, tantric lessons, divine feminine.’ And the one below my comments, crucifying me for being plastic or whatever. If you asked her, she’d say, well, it’s because she’s holding up unhealthy beauty standards, right?” Fox told Cooper.

Fox reiterated that no matter what she does, she can’t win because even when she’s “completely transparent” about whatever work she’s done, she still gets hate. She singled out Kylie Jenner, who she said was open about her own cosmetic surgery and that it didn’t help her at all. Fox said her people are “still brutalizing her” despite what she says.

Still, she hoped that by sharing her own stories, she would set “some people” free.
