MEGHAN Markle was all smiles as she appeared at a solo Hollywood soiree just hours after bombshell claims about members of the royal family.
The Duchess of Sussex, 42, even hinted at a comeback when she arrived at Variety’s Power of Women event in LA last night.

She stunned in a floor-length camel-colored one-shoulder dress, which she combined with a black clutch and heels.
The Duchess posed for photographers ahead of the event and said “thank you” after being complimented.
When Entertainment Tonight asked Meghan if it was a “mommy night out,” the mother of two laughed and said, “Exactly.”
Speaking to reporters, the Duchess said she was in the process of making some “exciting” plans.
Variety asked what “drives the things you put into business” now.
Meghan said: “Things that make people feel… I wanted to say things that make people feel good, but it’s more than that.
“Things that make people feel something, right? And a sense of community.
“But we have so many exciting things on the list, I can’t wait to release them. I’m really proud of what we’re creating.”
Her glamorous look comes after she and Prince Harry’s pal Omid Scobie dropped bombshells about their relationship with the Firm.
The writer made the shocking new claims in his latest book Endgame: Inside the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Fight for Survival.
In it, Scobie wrote that Meghan was kept away from the Queen’s bed while she inhaled.
It was also said that Harry was unaware of his grandmother’s health until he “received a call from an unknown number” – which turned out to be from his father.
And it is claimed that Charles told Harry to travel to Scotland without Meghan, which he agreed to after it was confirmed that Kate would also not be attending.
Scobie wrote: “Charles cited ‘protocol’ but the reality was that Kate had decided to stay to collect the children from their first day at their new school.
“They just didn’t want Meghan there,” the former palace aide said. Meghan, the friend added, “could feel that she wasn’t wanted.”
It was also claimed that Prince William ignored his brother’s messages as the Queen died.
Scobie claimed Harry sent William text messages asking how he planned to travel to Scotland – with the intention of them going together.
But he was said to have heard nothing – despite there being room on the private jet to travel to the Queen’s bedside.
The author claims that William “clearly did not want to see his brother” and that Harry had to find his own way to Balmoral.
Scobie writes: “With no further information from other family members or palace aides, the Sussexes and their team had to operate in the dark.
“Harry has been informed that William has already secured a flight with his uncles Andrew and Edward (and Edward’s wife, Sophie) but has been unable to get in touch with anyone about joining the flight.
We have so many exciting things on the list, I can’t wait to release them.

“‘It was upsetting to witness,’ said a source close to the Sussexes.'[Harry] I was totally into this.'”
Royal insiders were fuming at the claims yesterday.
An insider told the Mirror: “It seems that no matter what happens behind closed doors, even at a time of such pain and sadness, as far as the royal family is concerned, it will come out one day.
“Nothing is off limits as William and Kate appear to be this author’s number one target. It only takes a few months for the knives to come out again and the wounds to open.”
Scobie also wrote of William: “He feels he’s lost Harry and doesn’t want to know this version of him.”
The first serialization of the book was published in People magazine yesterday afternoon.
In the hours that followed, the latest and final season of The Crown hit screens – causing further chaos.
In particular, the series depicts the event that shook the British monarchy to its core — the death of Princess Diana on August 31, 1997.
The new season will revisit the last few months of Princess Diana’s harrowing life as it explores Prince Charles at the time as a man who wants to replace her in the public eye with Camilla, played by Olivia Williams.
