Meghan Trainor shares her regrets about plastic surgery.
The singer, 30, admitted she received “too much Botox” to the point where she “can’t smile” while speaking on the November 20 episode. I’m working on it with Meghan Trainor and Ryan Trainor podcast.
“I’ve had too much Botox and I need help,” Meghan admitted, laughing. “I messed up. I’ve had botox a couple of times… just on my forehead.”
The “Made You Look” singer also shared that she had filler on her upper lip, which she also regrets. “Someone convinced me with my small lips that if you do a lip flip, you put the filler right above the upper lip, that you can have a beautiful flip on the upper lip,” she said. “And I could have had one for the first time in my 30 years of life — it wasn’t true.”
Meghan explained that after cosmetic procedures “I can’t smile anymore”. She then looked into the camera, smiling, as she said, “Look, this is as big as I can smile.”

The “Mothers” hitmaker then held up a photo on her phone of herself holding her dog when she visited a dog shelter recently and said: “I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart… someone help me!”
