Meredith Marks had her third (and hopefully last) breast reduction.
In an interview with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast published on Friday, September 13, eve The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 5 premiere, Marks, 52, shared that she is dealing with a “weird” medical condition that keeps her breasts from growing.

“My breast tissue doesn’t stop growing,” the Bravo star said during an on-camera podcast interview.
Marks, who also discusses the issue during the first episode of the season, said her co-star Heather Gay’s “response” was so funny when she asked her how she might have the same “problem.”

Although Marks admitted that her colleague’s comment gave her a good laugh, she soon got back on track with the topic at hand.
“It’s wild,” Marks said. “Seriously, I have a weird problem and I hope that’s it [my final breast reduction]. I never wanted to be that big. I was always meant to be a little C.”
The television star could not give a precise answer as to why her breasts continue to grow, adding that the problem could be “hormonal”.

When asked if there was a possibility of her getting a fourth reduction if her breasts continued to grow, Marks replied: “Unless I want to look matronly.”
“So, yeah, if I have to, I will,” she said. “That’s the thing, the clothes fit better now. When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your bust, nothing fits. It’s just not good.”

One of the podcast hosts pointed out that multiple surgeries for the same problem can pose a health risk and wondered if doctors were able to find a solution for the reality star.
Marks insisted that the problem was probably just “hormonal,” noting that her mother faced similar challenges.

“My mom started growing in her 40s,” she said.
A rep for Marks tells PEOPLE, “Meredith is absolutely thrilled with the results she received from Dr. Rosenberg in Los Angeles. Fingers crossed that the third time is the charm and that her breast tissue — clearly on a mission — finally decides to take a break, at least for a few years!”
