Meryl Streep Introduced Eva Longoria as Her 'Cousin' at OMITB Season 4 Table Read After Faces of America Discovery

Meryl Streep is proud to call Eva Longoria family.

Works on Just the murders in the building was a joy for Longoria, who explained that she is “most comfortable” working in a “television comedy.”

“That was the first thing I learned, so I probably worked 10,000 hours,” she claimed. “Confidence is gained through so many hits.”

Acting with comedy legends Steve Martin and Martin Short was great, because “you never laugh,” the actress added.

In season four, Mabel (Gomez), Charles (Martin) and Oliver (Short) “search for answers about who killed Sazz (Jane Lynch), whether they were really targeting Charles, and why anyone would want to kill either of them,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Hoffman added that the new season will explore the theme of “consequences.”

“I think the idea is that you create a thing that you put out into the world, and sometimes you can’t be prepared for the consequences of what potentially the world does with your thing and how they feel about it,” he also told the outlet.

“It’s a challenging line to walk, and sometimes you have to face it that way,” he continued. “So the podcast and everything else that happened, and what it all means, and what it could all mean. It’s a really interesting world for these three to step into that way.”
