Hoerskool Garsfontein Teen – Mia Kuhn was a teenager from Pretoria who was a 10th grade student at Hoorskool Garsfontein School. Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Gauteng Education, Matome Chiloane said Mia was present at home on the evening of July 3, 2023.
Mia’s mother said that she was at home at midnight. When the parents did not find her in the morning, they reported it to the police station. The school custodian found the girl’s body on Tuesday afternoon and called the police.
The police confirmed that it is Mia Kuhn who was reported missing in the morning. The police informed her family. It is still not known how she got to the school. Matome Chiloane said,
“I asked the police to act immediately. The community is impacted by this circumstance, so it’s critical that we close it quickly to allow it to move forward.”
