Michael B. Jordan and Steve Harvey are on good terms.
The Black panther actor, 36, i Family feud host reunited at the 2023 NBA Abu Dhabi Games on Thursday — more than a year after Jordan split from Harvey’s stepdaughter, Lori Harvey.
The NBA’s official Instagram page shared a photo of the moment the two saw each other on camera, with Jordan sporting a big smile on his face as he leaned in to hug Harvey, 66.
The basketball organization also shared a video clip showing the two greeting each other. They shook hands before Jordan went in for a hug and both smiled during the long conversation.

The NBA even captured their happy expression in its caption, writing: “All smiles in #NBAinAbuDhabi! 😃”, as well as marking two stars and adding the hashtag “NBACelebRow”.
After the actor and Lori called it quits in June 2022, Steve said on an episode of his radio showThe Steve Harvey Morning Show that he is “team Lori, 1,000 percent. She is my daughter. I love her, I support her.”
“Things happen,” added the TV host. “It’s hard to be young and in the spotlight and have a successful relationship. Look, as long as everyone can leave in peace, be friends … I haven’t heard anyone say that he didn’t break windows or anything.”

The TV host repeatedly praised Jordan as a “nice guy” after the actor and his daughter went public with their romance in January 2021.
“First of all, let’s clear something up. He’s a nice guy,” he revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live! in February 2021, adding: “This kid … I like him. I’m pulling for him.”

He also said PEOPLE (TV show!) in September 2021: “I don’t talk about things like this publicly, but right now I’m happy for my daughter. I really am. This is the first time I’ve been happy for her [in a relationship]. And it’s the first time she’s happy.”
“He’s just a good guy. If he’s not, get him out of here, because I have a way,” Family feud continued the host. “But I can’t say anything bad, man. He just has a great family, man. He’s a spiritual guy.”
