Michel Joltsas is a Brazilian actor. He made his debut in the Brazilian film industry with the film The Year My Parents Went on Vacation (2006), a film that helped him gain huge popularity and was nominated in the “Best Foreign Film Performance” category at the 29th Young Artist Awards. He later starred in several other Brazilian films as well as soap operas. In 2020, Michel gained international recognition with Netflix’s Brazilian teen drama The Kissing Game, in which he played the role of “Chico”, one of the show’s protagonists.

Michel Joltsas was born in São Paulo, Brazil, on Saturday, March 18, 1995 (25 years old in 2020). He studied at “IL Peretz Colégio Eeipsg Unid.II”, a school in the Jewish community of São Paulo. During the filming of “Que Horas Ela Volta” in 2015, Michel Joltsas took the entrance exam for “Fuvest”, the autonomous institution in charge of conducting entrance exams in the State of São Paulo, to study business administration. After one year at the business school, Michel dropped out, claiming that the school did not meet his expectations and that he wanted to write and direct films.
