Miley Cyrus Is ‘Really Into Her Phalluses,’ Jokes Drive-Away Dolls Writer of Singer’s Raunchy Cameo

Dolls for takeaway has an all-star cast including Margaret Qualley, Geraldine Viswanathan, Colman Domingo, Pedro Pascal and, in a wild cameo, Miley Cyrus.

Spoiler alert: The singer, 31, appears in the midst of the most doll-like sequences in the Ethan Coen-directed thriller-comedy.

In an interview with The Wrap, Coen and co-writer Tricia Cooke explained in detail why Cyrus was cast as the raunchy hippie Tiffany Plaster Caster, a character based on the real-life creator of plaster casts of celebrity penises.

“I was talking [Cyrus] about Cynthia Plaster Caster, “I don’t know if you know, your character is based on Cynthia,” Cooke told the outlet. “She says, ‘I thought that’s why you called me.’ Much affection to Cynthia Plaster Caster.”

“Miley loves her d—s,” Coen joked. “And that’s her business. He loves it, and the retro hippie thing and the whole phallus shaping thing.”

Coen added: “She’s so much fun… At 29, she’s – I mean that in the best sense of the word – like an old showbiz girl. ‘Yeah, whatever, honey. Everything you need.’ ”
