FASHION designer Jeff Banks has split from a girlfriend 42 years his junior — and she’s moved out of his mansion and into a station wagon.
Mum-of-two Hannah Beech, 39, is reportedly living in temporary accommodation “to rebuild her life” after her romance suddenly ended.

Divorced Hannah met the famous fashion designer in 2022 when she was browsing his Jeff & Co line at Home Bargains in Liverpool, where her 65-year-old father lives.
Twice-married Banks, 81, who became a household name hosting the BBC’s Clothes Show from 1986 to 2000, took her number and they started dating.
Over the next two years he spent tens of thousands of pounds on romantic holidays, taking her to Mauritius, France and the Greek islands.
He also bought a £5,000 Hannah Prada handbag and an £8,000 Yves Saint Laurent jacket in lavish shopping trips.
And in July last year, Banks – who is understood to have four children – invited Hannah to live with him at Crowsley Park House, an eight-bedroom mansion in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.
The house is a few minutes’ drive from George Clooney’s £12 million Thames home.
Hannah left her holistic beauty business in Runcorn, Cheshire, to live with him.
But the relationship hit a snag and a few weeks ago she replaced their luxury home with a caravan.
A source told The Sun: “Hannah genuinely fell for Jeff, despite the fact he was old enough to be her grandfather.
“He had incredible energy for a man in his 80s and she loved his vintage charm.

“He acted like a gentleman and was very generous.
“But it went downhill and she moved into temporary accommodation while she tries to rebuild her life.”
Incredibly, this isn’t the first time one of Banks’ exes has ended up living in a trailer after they split.
His first wife Sandie Shaw moved in with their daughter Gracie after their ten-year marriage ended in 1978.
Last night, Jeff told The Sun that his “full and loving” relationship with Hannah ended in June.
He said: “She made her own decision to end the relationship and left of her own free will.
“After I left, I was unaware of any living arrangement she had made.”
